Global-Pak Returns Policy



At Global-Pak, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product, and we want to make this process as straightforward as possible. Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Returns and Refunds for Defective Products:
     If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange for the return of the defective product, and upon inspection, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.

2. Returns for Unused Products without Defect:
     For products that are unused and in their original packaging but do not have any defects, we allow returns within 60 days of the original purchase date. However, a restocking fee of 25% will be applied to the refund amount. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

3. Return Process:
     To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
          1. Contact our customer service team at 888-225-9828 or or online.store@global-pak.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
          2. Clearly label the package with the provided RMA number.
          3. Ship the product back to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Conditions for Returns:
     1. Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
     2. Include all original documentation, accessories, and parts.
     3. The return shipment must be adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.

5. Inspection and Processing:
     Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in this policy. Once the inspection is complete, we will process the refund or replacement accordingly. Please allow 3 days for the processing of returns.

6. Exclusions:
     This returns policy does not cover:
          1. Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
          2. Customized or made-to-order products.
